Senator Del Marsh Bio
Senator Del Marsh is a Republican State Senator who represents Senate District 12 consisting of all of Calhoun County, a portion of Talladega County and a portion of Clay County. He was elected the Senate President Pro Tempore for the 2011-2014 Quadrennium and again for the 2015-2018 Quadrennium. Senator Marsh is currently the Presiding Officer of the Alabama Senate. He has been a member of the Alabama Senate since 1998, having served as Chairman of the Fiscal Responsibility & Accountability Committee, and also served on various other Committees during his terms in the Legislature. He is a successful business man and past owner of Industrial Plating Company and Aerospace Coatings. He and his wife, Ginger, are graduates of Auburn University.
